i have always dreamt of having a stairwell full of mirrors, and it looks like i'm not the only one! decorating with mirrors is perfect for anyone because not only are they beautiful and come in a variety of shapes/sizes, but they also aren't gender specific.

  1. Hi, I've also dreamt of having my stairwell full of mirrors. But I'm not sure quite how to go about it. Could you give me some advice? It is a grand curving staircase so there isn't a clear end-point...unless I have mirrors going all the way around up to the top (which would be a lot of mirrors). I can send pics if needed... Any help you could give would be great, thanks!

  2. If you want to send me some pics, I'd be glad to give some suggestions. But based on what you have told me, I think that you could find, and tape out the center of your staircase and make a unique collection starting there, and then work your way out as you collect more mirrors. This way, it will always look good and intentional. I believe in starting small anyway, with an odd number of mirrors and collecting as you can afford to. I don't believe in buying everything at once. Who can afford to do that anyway? I follow that rule for my home too, not only is it a good way to decorate, but a good way to live within your means. Hope this helps!

  4. How wonderful to see mirrors in different shapes and sizes. It's breathtaking! I suddenly think of collecting mirrors too, so I can have a great piece of decoration at home. I just hope it will be easy. Thanks for sharing! :)
